# Thư viện email mẫu

Tại menu bên trái, chọn vào **Channels -> Emails**

Click vào nút **New** và chọn **New Template Email**

Sau đó chọn các mẫu có hoặc để mặc định (**Blank**), tiếp theo nhập tên cho mẫu email rồi nhấp vào **Save** để lưu lại

Để chỉnh sửa mẫu, click vào builder để chuyển sang màn hình chỉnh sửa email.&#x20;

**Cá nhân hóa nội dung email**

Để gửi email tránh bị spam, nội dung email cần cá nhân hóa người nhận&#x20;

vd: Thay vì Chào bạn, ta nên thay bằng Chào Mai để nội dung email tự nhiên hơn và cá nhân hóa người nhận hơn.&#x20;

Hẹ thống có hỗ trợ chèn các thông tin cá nhân hóa vào nội dung email gửi đi, xem chi tiết tại đây:&#x20;
